Users Note, RayRemote will also run on tablet devices, though it is primarily intended for smart phones.
Also requires your multifunction display to have v4.27 or higher software – download the latest software available for free here.
Download the RayRemote app, and then install it on your device. You should ensure you have access to a Wi-Fi network when initially installing to enable verification of the app.
Then connect to your Multifunction Display via Wi-Fi. When the Wi-Fi connection is established, launch the app (see operators manual for Wi-Fi setup details). From the Homescreen select SET UP, then SYSTEM SETTINGS, followed by WIRELESS CONNECTIONS.
Scroll down to MOBILE APPS and select REMOTE CONTROL. You now have full remote control from your smart phone. Simply touch the screen and a button will appear to switch your unit to RayRemote. Selecting SCREEN VIEWER MODE returns the SmartPhone display to view only mode.
User Note, autopilot activation/deactivation is not possible via a mobile device.
